I received the pkg and there has been a mistake. We received 150 rhinestone necklaces with matching earrings. The pkg was addressed to us on the outside,
but the invoice inside was not. There was a phone number for some place in New Jersey. I called and left a message. I will call again. Perhaps it is a simple mix-up that can be fixed?
Would you please do me a favor for following points?
1.Please take photos for Rhinestone Lanyards and the package outside. Is there the waybill by hand writing? please tell me the waybill No.
2.Would you please send me a photo or scan copy for the Invoice inside?
We make sure packing the 100pcs lanyards and didn't mixed.This problem must be dealed with ASAP.
We are looking for the 100pcs royal blue Rhinestone lanyards now. and keep you informed the result ASAP.

I just wanted to let you know we have a few issues with the finished
product of our order. The balls themselves are fine, but the boxes we
paid extra money to have them in, along with customization and
additional colors are of extremely poor quality. So poor, that they
were crushed and unusable upon delivery. I have attached a photo of
what they looked like when we received them for your reference.
Seeing as how this makes our order virtually unusable since we use
these at tradeshows and other places where we need them to be able to
be stacked for display, please tell me what the best course of action
is for getting these replaced.
