市场上硅胶手环的生产价在0.2-1.0 之间，单色丝印的价格在0.23-0.6之间。0.49的单价还是可以接受的，而且供应商的销售量、信用及经营实力不错。

通过Google 搜索和参考 ASI 之后分析：

目标市场销售单价：大约在5-50元之间。

目标市场生产单价：0.49美元左右。

所以我觉得我们可以报0.32，利润是25%，由于目标市场了解不是非常清楚，所以目标市场价格不是很精准，也有可能会给我计算的报价带来影响。以下是客户询盘原文请参考：

       现在常规厚度是2mm，可按照客人要求来定制厚度

-          What is the minimum diameter of your standard wristbands?

        现在常规最小手环(170*12*2mm)，至今大约是54mm，这个也可以按要求定制.

-          Do you make these items by injection molding?

       这个不是注塑模具，但也是钢模，硅胶液体灌入模具中高温烘烤成型.

     没有50摄氏度这么准，现在有的是18  31  33  45  65摄氏度这5个温度的，45摄氏度比较接近客人要求的.
