·        We are looking for at least four different pins, 2500 of each type.  So this will be at least 10,000 total pins.

·        We will not want to pay for any customization – stock pins that fit a Tropical or Hawaii theme is fine.  All of the options should be blinkys that are roughly the same size so when a guest is wearing all four pins, one doesn’t stand out more than the other.

·        Our Event Date is September 15^th.  We will need to add everything to our shipment to Hawaii so if I can get them August 28^th – I think that would be our drop dead date.

·        We will not want glowing – we want battery-operated blinky items 

The overall idea is that each guest will need to go around the party area and collect one of each of the blinky light pins and pin them onto their convention lanyards.  We are using this as a game to get the guests to move around the party and mingle.  Otherwise these guests tend to stand in front of one bar or buffet and never mingle.  We expect the guests will continue to wear the pins throughout the rest of the convention.
