客户投诉包装运输途中坏了
Hi Brian,
I just wanted to let you know we have a few issues with the finished
product of our order. The balls themselves are fine, but the boxes we
paid extra money to have them in, along with customization and
additional colors are of extremely poor quality. So poor, that they
were crushed and unusable upon delivery. I have attached a photo of
what they looked like when we received them for your reference.
Seeing as how this makes our order virtually unusable since we use
these at tradeshows and other places where we need them to be able to
be stacked for display, please tell me what the best course of action
is for getting these replaced.

这样子, 彩盒就不用多作. 不过客人就要自己换盒子.
也许这样子是可行的.
以后先问,让客人选
未来的解决方案是:
1.彩盒另放,自己换
2.做另外厚一点的盒子的方案
3.做1.5倍送过去
