We have tried doing what we could on our end and were told that there was nothing that we could do from here. Please see what you can do on your end and let me know what you figure out. I know it probably won’t be figured out anytime soon, but I was wondering what was going on with the order? Is in going into production or is that on hold until you receive payment? You are 12 hours or so ahead of us here so keep that in mind if you try contacting me but I would like to discuss what we should do on my end and what you are going to do on your end to make this right. Like I stated earlier, my client would really like these as soon as possible so if we can get them rolling into production while we figure this out that would be great. Let me know where we stand so I can put my boss, my client and myself at ease that this is going to be taken care of.
