As spoken, I did not receive your email. However, to avoid time loss, please complete the Supplier Registration Form from Part 1 onwards.
There will be supporting documents required to accompany the form. So, do have them in PDF format so there will be no mistakes.
We would also require the following:
1. Company letterhead (Standard template is attached which you can fill in the details)
2. Company registration (1 copy)
3. Dun & Bradsheet number – where this is not available, please provide latest 2 years of audited financial statements.
4. Others as required on each part of the form
