邮件行销触犯版权怎么办？
This is really important!!!
I need to be cc'ed on all e-mails going out to clients - especially the flyers.
I need to see the products and the flyers that are being sent BEFORE they are sent...
Flyers may be sent for items currently on ESP ONLY and that I have approved.
I am getting calls and I have no idea what they are talking about.
The LIFE HAMMERS have a PATENT and can not be SOLD!!! I did not approve this product. This is why these items need to be reviewed by me and a patent expert/attorney. We can not just send out flyers for products that are not approved.
Please - let's discuss this ASAP!

里面的圈套就是假如你敢寄一个有版权的样品，他都不会写信警告你，他会直接告你。。。。告的风险就是赔2500美金的，这行业在美国很赚钱奥。。。。。。。。

I am very sorry but we can not send you a sample of this product at this time. We were unaware that it was not released by our production and legal departments for promotion/sale yet. They are still working on its printing specs and costs and any type of liability/wording for inappropriate use and age warnings. It is a great item but as I found out snapping it on your desk will leave a pretty nice mark... We just need to work out some details. Once it is released we will send out the samples at our cost to you. We are very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience.
I know we discussed you needing several ideas for products over a years time for a specific client. Can you give me a bit more detail and I will start gathering some options for you.

I hope you are doing well.
I am forwarding this e-mail to you and asking if you could do us a favor. You referenced in this e-mail that you had done these glasses a "long time ago". Is it possible you can share with us any information to show these had been done prior to your order with us on July 30th?
The reason is, we are being challenged by ASI in a patent issue. Seems as of 10/9/2012 these glasses are now patented and can no longer be sold without going through the patent holder. I have issue with this as I have seen these glasses for years and would like to challenge the patent. I just need more references that predate the patent application that was submitted on 8/30/2011.
I have your order on 8/5/2011 prior to the patent application date which helps our cause, but if you have something older, with any company, that would help our case tremendously.
