Here's another project where we don't have any money in at all. The pens were produced, there was already a problem where the client messed up on her end and we had to redo a portion of the pens...
Not sure where these are in terms of production but the invoice is for over $15,000.00... Im pretty sure these are close to shipping and we don't have any money from client??
I think we need to set a rule where nothing goes into production till we have full payment from clients up front, at least for new clients anyway...
So we can send them artwork for approval but once the artwork is approved we need to have the money collected before we start production. Does that make sense?

放帐做生意的坏处：
下面的案例就是NET 15天（货到后15天付款的结果）
老美口袋没钱，老中口袋没钱，钱都在客人口袋，但是要从老中口袋掏腰包去付钱，老美口袋没变化，他也不是太关心，但是订单的时间不会延长。
又碰上一个订单很多的很多的客户，你说怎么办？？？？

放帐的坏处就是客人可能会改来改去，最后还是你负责。。。
2012-05-03 订金实际付款日。
2012-05-03 工厂LED图案打样完成，丝印图案制版中,Joseph已经确认并同意LED芯片可以生产。
2012-05-05 丝印图案打样已经完成且已发送Joseph确认。
2012-05-07 丝印样品已由Joseph确认并同意工厂可以生产。
2012-05-08 收到Joseph通知，客人可能（90%以上的可能性）需要修改LED闪字效果，即去除LED闪字上的两个心形亮斑，要求工厂暂停生产。由于工厂芯片已经在5月6号全部完成，所以需要重新订做芯片（2.5￥/片），同时工厂生产时间需要推迟5天。
2012-05-11 产品于19号在工厂大货生产完成，预计21号可至义乌办公室并发送给客人大货图片。产品生产中最先做的是LED闪光信息芯片（2天）及焊接（约3～5天），然后其中外壳印刷可同时进行印刷（1天）。由于工厂需要生产不同批次的产品，所以上机需要有先后顺序，我们的产品上机组装的预计时间为5月18号（组装需要1天时间）。生产中产品的检验方式为电源检验，次品率为万分之一。
另外商贸城电池购买时间在出货前的2天内，因为涉及到干电池的电量损耗问题，电池的预估价格在0.15元～0.2元，下单系统的电池价格是按0.2元计的。

而以前的做法可能是不付定金的15天后付款
