We have a problem with the order received.
Please see the attached picture of the feather. The imprint should have been white and almost ALL of them look like they were printed in a light grey or silver imprint.
We picked up the entire order from our client, and we have confirmed the order was not printed correctly. The order has been rejected by our customer and deemed unacceptable.
Is it possible to fix the ones we have? We need to replace the order with the corrected printed feather pens with a White Imprint.
