We would like to quote for a conical flask (for cocktails) of 1.4ltr and a pouring hole of 60mm at least or anything custom design you may need.this product is made from plastic and must be food safe (we are putting drinking cocktails in it) and must be dishwasher safe as well.Made from clear plastics with 4 colour print

These flasks are being used to serve a cocktail, the bar staff will also add a powder to the drink the the drink will begin to foam and
create an exciting effect in the bar. We have been doing tests with different sizes and shapes of conical flasks to get the foam to react in the best way.
The design we have sent you is perfect to allow the oxygen to create the reaction of the foam and allow it to rise up the vessel
and create the necessary theatre/effect in venue (This afternoon I will send you some videos of how it will work).

What happens if the sample is incorrect – how do we ensure that this is not likely to happen?
We would supply detailed drawings before the mould is put into production & on the basis you have a glass version for us to copy we can guarantee the sample will be correct.
We obviously have a glass version that we’re basing our designs on – would it help if you had this?
Yes, if you have something you want us to copy then I can ensure it will be an exact match.
With regards to the print to go on them then could this be agreed a little later so we can accommodate?
Yes we can agree the print at a later date during the tooling stage.
How much liquid does the vessel hold to the line shown in the attached image?
I am not sure..approximately 2000ml~2050ml
Can you please do me a sketch of a vessel that is 2000ml to the brim?
Sure, but need some $. Last 2 designs were paid by us.
Can you show me how much liquid the 2000ml vessel holds to a line in the same position as the attached image?
Just a little bit lower than your line shown in the image.
Conical will be 1800ml to the Brim with a good lip to pour the liquid if needs be. (do you have the sample that I sent to Golden?)

Printed with some form of design TBC – can you confirm the number of positions and places and full/one colour your quote includes?
I think we have confirmed that we need a one color print on two places.
Please run charge $.05 and 200usd for full color logo. it would better to confirm after we confirm size which make sure it works.
PET – Can you confirm it meets UK legislations and is a suitable plastic for a drinking vessel i.e. meets all guidelines
I think i can make sure we use new material in my eye and i will send material to test which include the print and material test.
These will be packed into cartons of 20’s – the carton size will be Length 70cm, width 28cm, height 43cm.
Yes. We can paked in 20's , But the carton is estimated.
What date will the new design for the 1800ml conical be ready?
It charge 150USD each time for 3d image/drawing and 50USD each time for new design. So I think it would be better to confirm all details before drawing making.
I think we need a final decision before it comes out. Could you please let me know what change it will be? how about reduce to 1800ml with same shape and add a a good lip?

Here is my plan, I think we can finish the tooling and confirm sample before CNY and dispatch at end of March if we confirm details this Month.
