I think we need a letter from you confirming we are travelling on Business. We are either coming 22nd April until 26th April OR 30th April until 4th May.
With regards to products, as you know, we buy a large variety of products from Conical Flasks to Christmas Trees, we want to get a better understanding of how you work and
see some of the factories that you work with. We can also discuss the best way for our 2 companies to work together. If it helps you to know, we have a lot of clients in the following industries:
Food & Drink,Health Care,Financial,Property,Leisure
Can you help to plan our trip? Is it best for us to stay in Shanghai? Will you arrange the travel to the factories? We have been to exhibition’s in Hong Kong but we have never visited China.
Yiwu Proposed Itinerary Exmple
Our Trip is as follows:
23/04 Arrive Shanghai @ 06.00 – This day we will rest after the journey and visit Shanghai.
24/04 We will go to HUANGYAN at 9:00 morning, arrived around 14:00 afternoon and the factory will collect all sample ready.
It is for supermarket product line. Is it work for you?
And we will have a visit to one more factory(16:00) to let you know how they work it out.
25/04 We will get back to YIwu at 9:00 morning and visit the sample rooms in our YIWU branch(12:00) and we will visit your supplier in the afternoon(14:00).
We can visit one more factory's sample room if we have enough time (16:00)
26/04 This day we leave Shanghai and travel to Hong Kong
Please can you tell us the following:
1. How do we travel to the factories? Do you drive us?
We will drive you to the place and pick you up.
2. Do we need a hotel in YIWU and/or HUANGYAN? If we do, can you recommend a good hotel? Or will we travel back to Shanghai each night?
You will have a rest in YIWU and HUANGYAN, I have seen the hotel which cost 100-150USD/day. What is your idea?
What kinds of hotel you need? How about 100-150USD/per day? Let me know more requirement you need for hotel. Like FREE WIFI? Do you need a picture to choose from?
3. Please note we want to visit a factory that we currently buy from in YIWU but we would like you to join us, OK? We would also like to see YIWU markets and your sample rooms.
